Lavinia Couture is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in bariatric, general and robotic surgery. Lavinia was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Hofstra University in 2017. Growing up, Lavinia participated in a variety of sports. Her athleticism motivated her to always follow a healthy and fit lifestyle.  Her goal is to utilize her personal experiences to motivate her patients to achieve success using Bariatric surgery as a tool.  Let’s get healthy together!
